• For women looking to re-connect with themselves and bring passion back into work and life.
• For women who want to build their self-confidence.
• For women who feel disconnected from their own identity perhaps due to a relationship, birth of a child, caring resposibilities or absorption in an intense job.

Options to suit your time and budget

The Re-Ignite Programme is an affordable and flexible way to get the tools you need, and the inspiration and motivation you need to move forward. We have three options for taking the programme and you can choose the option that best suits your budget and time.

Option 1. All Online and completely in your own time

• You recieve the full 6 module online programme and your private workspace.
• You have access to your online workspace for 6 months and after that time you can print off the full programme to keep referring to and adding to.
• Cost £45

Option 2. Online Programme with online forum and e-coach

• You recieve the full six module, online, programme and your private workspace.
• You join the programme at a specified start date at the same time as other women and you have access to the Give a little Get a little on-line forum where you can gain support from the women in your group. A coach will also participate in the forums and you can access support from your peers and the coach to keep on track, motivated and supported. You can flick easily back and forth between your private workspace and the forum as it is within the same online platform.
• The coach will stay with the forum for eight weeks, after that time you will have access to your online programme and the online forum where you and your new community can continue to support each other and achieve your goals for six months. After that time you can print off the full programme to keep referring to and adding to.
• Cost £85

Option 3. Options 1 or 2 with additional telephone or skype coaching

You can access one-to-one coaching at a discounted rate in addition to either option 1 or option 2 above. Cost is £35 per one hour session for a package of 3 sessions. You can book these in througout the programme or after you have completed the modules, it's up to you.
